arrow Communication -
Nursery and preschool are based on a system of relationships involving the constant communication between teachers, children, and parents. Communication becomes the means and the goal around which communication, learning and participation processes are built.

arrow Development of children’s multiple languages:
The child is granted with a multiple intelligence and the pedagogical project is based on the use of different languages, not only the verbal one, but also drawing associations, body language, musical interpretation, etc…

arrow Working by projects:
The nursery and the preschool are organized according to a project approach: there is no pre-determined programme; teachers and children work on projects instead, referring to the most recent theories of educational psychology.

arrow The value of observation and record keeping:
The ability of teachers to observe and to keep record is essential to understand and support children in their growth. This is possible thanks to the effort "The Castle" puts into the training of its staff.

arrow The involvement of families:
School and family work together in synergy through several meetings during the year, in order for the educational progress to be achieved.
